I’m a staff frontend developer with about 9 years of experience, i used different stacks like Angular, React and Nextjs for building web applications.
But in the mean time our company do everything with Lovable and reach their needs, they build better UI with lovable and they doesn’t care about the performance or quality of logic and this month they laid me off after they think that there is no need for me in the company and they built everything with lovable.
What do you think i can do for a better career, i should shift to another stack like backend to be a fullstack engineer or what?

First of all I am very sad to hear that, I hope you find something better soon.
Expanding your horizon is never a bad idea, front end is a good career, although not many companies build unique enough experiences that they find themselves better off using the most common denominator, so it’s not necessarily your fault, it’s more likely they never cared about user experience enough to invest deeply in it.
