How AI would affect EMs and directors

EM’s will be doing more Engineering than management.
Directors job might be a bit more challenging because they will need to rethink processes, because most processes were made to slowdown and reject intake and protect the team to make sure they focus more, with more productivity introduced by AI, it will be more interesting to see how they will manage this, there are also more challenges when it comes to rethink products features and what is worth doing.
