First of all, thank you for all what you're doing to the community. you're a huge source of support and inspiration for all of us.I'm a computer science grad from college of science and I wanna work as a backend engineer. That's what I've been mostly studying during and after uni ( of course beside the basics OOP&OOD, DSA, desgin patterns, networking, databases, problem solving) Now after graduation I have two options:1-technical support at a multinational software company and then try to move internally to software engineering2-or start as backend/software engineer at a local /mid size company (200-300 people)At the end I wanna work as a software engineer for the next 5-7 years.Which path is gonna be better to land a software engineering role at a big software company?Side note : salary in multinational maybe 1.5x - 1.75x what I get on the other side, but that's not my highest factor.

Thanks for your kind words, if I were you I would do my best to go with option 2 to start my career as software engineer, you will get experience and knowledge which will eventually accelerate your salary to match and exceed that difference you see today. It’s your decision at the end of day, you know the full context of your life and needs for sure.
