Do you think there is no way for a visa sponsorship in the US? I’ve been applying nonstop and there hasn’t been any changes in the last 2 years. Yea sometime I get an interview here and there in a big company but it doesn’t go anywhere

There is always a way, although you might want to get creative given the political climate these days, nothing lasts forever and policies are like pendulums they swing one way only to swing the other way a few years later, so meanwhile you can also target companies that do business in other counties as well, like Europe, Canada, Australia … etc and when an opportunity is available in the US it will be usually easier to move especially if this company has offices in the US, because in-company transfer has their own visa with much less limitations
